Flavour Blaster: Digital Brand Narrative

by | Apr 14, 2020

JetChill ltd had such instant success with their Flavour Blaster that they wanted it to have its own branding.

The Flavour Blaster cocktail kit, which blows aromatic mist into bubbles to garnish cocktails, was developed in conjunction with influential global bartender Simone Caporale. This made it different from other JetChill Ltd products, and the owners felt it needed its own branding. However, due to immediate high demand through preorders, the website was built in-house. Attractivity got involved when they asked for a website confidence check.

Create a narrative that suits the preexisting stakeholders and informs newcomers

The product – Flavour Blaster – was such a phenomenal success from the get-go because it served it’s market perfectly.  Together with the product developer, marketing manager and managing director, we developed a brand communications narrative that fit the customer profiles, the brand values and personalities involved. From that, we developed website copy and case studies that told the story behind the brand and captured the brand character.

A catalyst for better content.

The brand communications document has not only become a style guide for employees but external contractors too.  It has been used as a guide for a visual rebrand, the launch of two new accessories and several successful social media campaigns.

Managing Director, Colin Myers says:

“We don’t have a physical shop front so the Flavour Blaster website is a key pitstop for our buyers.  It was important for us to establish the brand story there for those who hadn’t seen our journey on social media.”
